Thursday - Sunday, Feb. 19-22 - Wintergrass Festival, Tacoma, WA.  http://www.acousticsound.org/   If you've never been....GO!!  As always, the lineup is incredible, the jamming superb and the weather will probably be awful (as it usually is in Tacoma in Feb).  But it's an INDOOR festival!  Pickers take over an entire block's worth of hotels in downtown Tacoma and everywhere you turn---lobbies, hallways, rooms, auditoriums, conference halls, street corners and even the bathrooms!---there is bluegrass and old time music!  Thank you soooo much to my special sponsor who has made it possible for me to attend yet again.  I'll be there with brochures and flyers about The Nevada Bluegrass Project's 2009 Season.  Of course, I might do a wee bit o' jamming while I'm there, too....;-)
If you can't make it to one of our jams or concerts, get your bluegrass fix on the radio! We're very lucky to have 3 great radio shows here in northern Nevada that feature bluegrass music:
