9th Annual
Lake Natoma Four Bridges Half Marathon and 3-Person Relay presented by Mercy Hospital of Folsom
  • After October 15, the last chance to register will be Saturday, October 24 at the "Haunted House Health & Fitness Expo," sponsored by Ameriprise Financial Services.
    • Half marathon entry fee at the Expo is $60
    • 3-Person Relay entry fee at the Expo is $90.
  • Avoid last minute hassles and get into race ready mode by picking up your bib number and race packet at the fun and spooky "Haunted House Health & Fitness Expo." Bring the kids!
    • Noon to 5 p.m.
    • Folsom Community Center, 52 Natoma St.
  • More event details:
    • Race date: October 25, 2009; start time is 8 a.m.
    • Start & finish at Rodeo Park, Folsom near the Folsom Community Center at 52 Natoma St.
    • Scenic loop course around Lake Natoma.
    • Wave start.
    • Festive Halloween theme with award for best costume.
    • The best training run for the California International Marathon!

*** Hazel Avenue Bridge Construction ***
There is the possibility of a minor course change due to the Hazel Avenue Bridge upgrade project. The course will remain a loop course, and if there is a change, it would involve running on the bridge roadbed rather than on the bike path. Any course change will be described on the FourBridgesHalf.org home page during the week before the event.
