Stewart's Insurance Depot Alert
Stop the government health care legislation.
Despite the fact that the majority of Americans like the health care insurance they have, there are some in Washington who want to control even more of what you do and cannot do.
The proposed plans by congress will not solve any perceived "health care crisis" but will end up costing all of us more money in taxes and lower standards of care. Recent legislation includes a public plan option and Insurance Exchanges (Gateways) that are devised in a manner that will effectivekly eliminate the role of your isnurance agent as well as allow the government to take control of your health care.
The questiion is do you really want a bureaucrat in Washington decide what you can and cannot receive in health care?
You have the right to voice your concerns and opinions to your legislators. You can join a group which allows you that access quickly and easily by clicking here to go to the Capitol Connect.com website. Please take the time to stop this legislation which will affect you. Not only is it important to stop it for all of us now but also for all the children who will loose the best medical care and the greatest wealth of new medicines and life saving proceedures on the planet.

Is Medicare Cost Effective?
Thegovernment is not successful in running their large health insurance program called Medicare. As of this date, Medicare has a huge debt of $44 trillion in unfunded liabilities. And yet, your government pays much less than private companies already do for health care services. If it had to operate like a private company it would be out of business. Medicare was supposed to be self-sustaining too so what happened to that idea? There are simply too many negatives when it comes to increasing the government's role in health insurance.
I would hope that you would pause for a moment, reflect, and remember that there is a whole lot of needed, and non-controversial, reform to be implemented without either a public plan or an exchange. Later, IF we see those are needed, then we can have round 2 of reform. From my many years of experience in this field, I do not believe we will ever need a round 2.
