EFT for Gulf of Mexico
Faced with the tragic circumstances in the Gulf of Mexico, we experience a myriad of emotions, the most predominant that people have shared seem to be anger, fear, grief and sadness. And while we should honor our emotions, we may be of greater assistance to our planet and all its life forms if we incorporate the words proposed by Dr. Masaru Emoto - the scientist from Japan who has done the research and publications about the characteristics of water. Among his discoveries, his research revealed that water physically responds to emotions. Dr. Emoto's suggested words:
I send the energy of love and gratitude to the water and all the living creatures in the Gulf of Mexico and its surroundings. To the whales, dolphins, pelicans, fish, shellfish, planktons, corals, algae and all living creatures...
I am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you
Consider tapping through the sequence using Dr. Emoto's words. And below I am offering a couple of tapping suggestions. Let's see if we can spread this and make a difference!
You can use the language offered here, or change it to better suit what you are experiencing personally.
Set up at the karate chop (or sore spot):
Even though I am overcome with all this grief, fear, sadness and anger, I am sending an energy of love and gratitude to the water and all living creatures in the Gulf of Mexico and its surroundings.
The sequence:

Eyebrow: This devastation & despair
Outside of Eye: This really makes me angry!
Under the Eye: How could I feel any other way?
Under the Nose: I have every right to feel this way!
