"Peace. It does not mean to be in a place where
there is no noise, trouble or hard work.
It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your
heart."(author unknown)
In light of
current world circumstances and the way you and/or loved ones find yourselves
being impacted, the idea of the
preceding statement may seem an impossibility.
I would encourage you to consider the possibility anyway. Remember that you are a powerful being -
and mindful of it or not, the power of
your thoughts contributes greatly to what we manifest in our lives. In spite of
all the challenging circumstances that may be facing you, facing them with calm
resolve and peace within can definitely aid your ability to manage in trying
times.
May the following
help you to gain and generate peace within and calm in your heart.
For best results,
always adjust the wording to more appropriately suit your specific needs and
circumstances.
If you are
unfamiliar with tapping points or new to EFT, you can visit the "EFT Basics"

At the Karate Chop or Sore Spot:
Even though my mind and heart are
cluttered with chaotic thoughts and feelings, I am choosing peace within.
Even though I can't imagine what peace
and calm would even feel like, I know I deserve peace and calm.
Even though I have this heavy heart and
cluttered mind, I give myself permission to experience true peace within.
SEQUENCE:
Top of the Head: All these chaotic thoughts
and feelings,
Eyebrow: Generating constant turmoil...
Outside of Eye: Robbing me of peace within
Under the Eye: All these chaotic thoughts
and feelings
Under the Nose: It is impossible to have a
calm heart
Chin: How could anyone generate peace within,
Collarbone: in the
midst of all this!?
Under Arm: You must
be kidding!
Top of the Head: There is
no peace or calm to be found.
Eyebrow: Or maybe
there is!
Outside of Eye: This
heavy heart,
Under the Eye: My
overactive mind
Under the Nose: Too many
things to consider
Chin: Peace and
calm are impossible
Collarbone: Or maybe not
Under Arm: I know I deserve it
Now take a moment
to check in and reassess. If you find yourself still deeply mired in emotion,
consider repeating the above, using phrases that come to mind that better
define your specific situation. If you
are beginning to feel there could be a light at the end of the tunnel, continue
with the following:

my heart
Top of the Head: Letting go
of all these chaotic thoughts & feelings
Eyebrow: Grateful
I am generating peace within
Outside of Eye: Letting
go of this heaviness in my heart
Under the Eye: Generating a calm and peaceful energy
Under the Nose: Opening my
heart...
Chin: to this
calm, peaceful energy
Collarbone: Allowing myself, if only for a moment
Under Arm: to
embrace and enjoy true peace within.
