Greetings! 

At this time of year I am always encouraged by the stories about the spirit of 'giving back' in our community. Last week I had the pleasure of interviewing  Brian Sypher, a senior manager at TD Insurance who knows a lot about
creating a culture of giving back to the community.

After our interview, I took the opportunity to grab a quick video in the lobby at TD Insurance. It looked like Santa had arrived early! Here's Brian telling me the story behind the extraordinary spirit of 'giving back' demonstrated by his hard working and incredibly generous team! Watch the video.

Vision Coaching's Managment Team got together for a much needed photo shoot with Mark Hemmings at Hemmings House Pictures to help update our website (which is being launched early in the new year.)  Of course this photo shoot turned into a very fun team building exercise for us - something I highly recommend for your team!
