Greetings!

I hope you don't mind that we've taken the opportunity to share some Fresh Ideas with you while Dave Veale is away on business in Florida. (a trip that includes a quick jaunt to Disney, I hear!)

I didn't have time for a picture, but promise the bag will be off for my next guest appearance in Fresh Ideas!

I've been working with Vision Coaching for several months now.  I'm a Coaching out of the Box workshop grad, I have a coach, and I have experienced and understand the transformational effect that coaching has had on my professional and personal life.

This is where Dave would introduce his next Leadership Unleashed interviewee. I chose Greg Hemmings, co-creator of Airplane Journals. Greg's interview is full of great leadership nuggets. For example, here's how Greg describes the Hemmings House Pictures culture...

1.    We're passionate. If you're passionate about something, you will have fun doing it.  

 

2.    We're respectful. Respectful of people, respecting ethical boundaries and respecting the people who are helping us grow our business. All of this is so important. So, we have passion and respect.  

 

3.    The other part I should mention is love ... love for life, loving people, loving what you do, loving your environment and loving the world.
