 I recently got a chance to sit down with Jennifer Darling, President of Darling Construction, and learn about her experiences as a woman who has successfully broken into a male dominated industry.
The next Leadership Unleashed interview focuses on Jennifer's leadership style, what's important to her, her inspiration and some of the lessons she has learned as she's led her construction company to become the #1 residential builder (no small task!) in the region.

Stephanie Walsh, City of Saint John  | The City of Saint John has been hiring executive coaches for the senior municipal employees for years. This trickled down the management ladder and turned into an employee engagement strategy. 'We have started training all our managers on how to use a coaching leadership style,' says Stephanie Walsh a certified business coach and the city's manager of staffing and development. 'What we're trying to do is empower employees to be more creative and take control of their own initiatives.'
