Hope your New Year is off to a fantastic start! This email was only sent to a small portion of the Fresh Ideas subscriber list just before Christmas. So I'm sending it again, this time to my entire list. Please accept my apologies if you were one of the few who already received this email in December. Here's my message...

I want to share something with you that has been on my mind for several days. As soon as I left the stage a few weeks ago, after accepting the Emerging Enterprise Award at Saint John Board of Trade's Outstanding Business Achievement Awards ceremony, I starting thinking about all the things I forgot to say, and all the people that I didn't have time to acknowledge...and how integral these people have been to Vision Coaching.

The whole process of being nominated is such an honour and it forces you to do what coaches ask their clients to do - it's something, as coaches, that we need to be role modeling - the idea of pausing, reflecting and celebrating our progress.
 

Before reading on, my request to you is that you take a moment to PAUSE, REFLECT and CELEBRATE the 'wins' you have had in 2008. What went exceptionally well?  What brilliant insights have you had?  What have you learned in 2008 that will support you in excelling in 2009?
