These little guys have always been a top pick off the website, and when we are at a show, once we start explaining how they work--it always draws a crowd.

For those not familiar with them, the idea is to have a way to store your butter at room temperature without it spoiling.  The butter is sqwushed (technical term) into the top and that is how you serve it.  You put a little water in the bottom and then when you invert the top into the base it forms an air seal so your butter stays fresh.  We didn't come up with the idea, it is credited to the French hundreds of years ago.
