 How to Make Sushi!
 Saturday, March 21st at 2pm
Have you ever wanted to try making sushi, or maybe just try it? Here is your chance: Megan Peterson will be at the Clay Coyote Gallery to show us, in a hands-on workshop, how to make sushi--it's not all raw fish! Actually 'Sushi' is about the rice.  And after Megan shows us how, if you want, you can try it right then!
Now you can learn how to make sushi, plus sample the different types, california rolls, spicy tuna, and more. Even taste some sake!  If you have never tried it, this is a good way to do so without the intimidation. Bring your friends for a fun afternoon.
Also, in the gallery, we will have many new "sushi" related items.
Workshop $20   Reservations required. Limited to 30 people. Call 320 587 2599 or 888 737 4014 for reservations or send us an email at claypot@hutchtel.net
