Despite the recent Costa Concordia disaster in Italy, indicators point to increased cruise sales during the industry's Wave Season.

January is traditionally the start of the cruising Wave Season, since it is the most active cruise booking period of the year.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Starting with a ribbon cutting ceremony on March 29, Opry Mills plans to celebrate its reopening with much fanfare.

A series of events will run through early May to commemorate the reopening.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Memphis CVB president Kevin Kane extended the live rock band's performance twice at the 2012 BankTravel Conference in Memphis, Tenn.

Attendees went to Graceland, legendary home of Elvis Presley, to tour the home and listen to a live band during dinner.
