Globus Family of Brands announced plans to introduce tourists to Cuba with a series of escorted religious and cultural tours starting in January.

Limited access to Cuba over the past 50 years has built up a lot of Cuban curiosity, which Globus plans to satisfy with its 2012 Cuba itinerary.

Venture Expeditions will use sweat and bikes to raise funds and awareness for the tornado-ravaged Joplin, Mo., and Tuscaloosa, Ala.
