78, 79, 80... I call out the count for an AKC Fitness LI member performing a Snatch set. Kevin is about to switch hands for the first time in the set, then do it all over again. This is typical set for Kev, not unusually intense for a proficient lifter, although any snatch set is rarely easy. Moving 36 pounds, almost continuously for 10 minutes, without setting the kettlebell down is akin to running with a weight, only your feet never leave the floor.
