This ingenious system designed by World Champion Valery Fedorenko, utilizes basic kettlebell lifts to assess an athlete's level of both hard core strength and overall conditioning. WKC FITNESS LICENSE / next class APRIL 17th, 2010
In this class you'll learn AKC / Fedorenko Kettlebell Technique, how to Swing, Clean, Push Press, Jerk, Half Snatch, Snatch, and Long Cycle. The finer points of the Rack, Hook Grip, and Overhead Lockout
are also covered, while the Fitness Program puts it all together in an
easy to follow 20-level progression. This training is only available
through a WKC Master Trainer.
