World Kettlebell ClubIn this class you'll learn AKC / Fedorenko Kettlebell Technique, how to Swing, Clean, Push Press, Jerk, Half Snatch, Snatch, and Long Cycle. The finer points of the Rack, Hook Grip, and Overhead Lockout are also covered, while the Fitness Program puts it all together in an easy to follow 20-level progression. This training is only available through a WKC Master Trainer.

First Responder FitnessGET READY! Prepare your body for what inevitably lies ahead and avoid many of the inherent dangers of the job. Timed sets that last as long as 16 minutes mimic EXACTLY what you need. On my program the first responder gets really strong, learns to move with fluidity, recovers faster, reduces body fat, and most importantly, develops supreme cardiovascular efficiency and general health.
