High rep, timed set kettlebell training, emphasizing the Fedorenko Method, can turn an average joe into a true athlete, and a good athlete into a superstar. I challenge any individual to come down and train at AKC Fitness LI, closely follow AKC methodology and protocols, and not bear witness to these results. While everybody won't see the same results in every category, most people will experience improvement in:

WKC Fitness License CertificateIn this class you'll learn how to teach the AKC / Fedorenko Kettlebell Technique, Master the Swing, Clean, Push Press, Jerk, Half Snatch, Snatch, and Long Cycle. The finer points of the Rack, Hook Grip, and Overhead Lockout are also covered, while the Fitness Protocol puts it all together in an easy to follow 20-level progression. This training is only available through a WKC Master Trainer. You'll also become eligible to take the AKC Coach Certification with Valery Fedorenko on March 13 and 14 at AKC Fitness Long Island.

FIRST RESPONDER FITNESS

First Responder FitnessGET READY! Prepare your body for what inevitably lies ahead and avoid many of the inherent dangers of the job. Timed sets that last as long as 16 minutes mimic EXACTLY what you need. On my program the first responder gets really strong, learns to move with fluidity, recovers faster, reduces body fat, and most importantly, develops supreme cardiovascular efficiency and general health.
