In this class you'll learn how to teach the AKC / Fedorenko Kettlebell Technique, Master the Swing, Clean, Push Press, Jerk, Half Snatch, Snatch, and Long Cycle. The finer points of the Rack, Hook Grip, and Overhead Lockout
are also covered, while the Fitness Protocol puts it all together in an
easy to follow 20-level progression. This training is only available
through a WKC Master Trainer. You'll also become eligible to take the AKC Coach Certification with Valery Fedorenko on March 13 and 14 at AKC Fitness Long Island.
