In this class you'll learn AKC / Fedorenko Kettlebell Technique, how to Swing, Clean, Push Press, Jerk, Half Snatch, Snatch, and Long Cycle. The finer points of the Rack, Hook Grip, and Overhead Lockout
are also covered, while the Fitness Program puts it all together in an
easy to follow 20-level progression. This training is only available
through a WKC Master Trainer. Next Class is Saturday, December 12.

interferes with that, such as sweaty palms, interferes with that
