World Kettlebell ClubIn this class you'll learn AKC / Fedorenko Kettlebell Technique, how to Swing, Clean, Push Press, Jerk, Half Snatch, Snatch, and Long Cycle. The finer points of the Rack, Hook Grip, and Overhead Lockout are also covered, while the Fitness Program puts it all together in an easy to follow 20-level progression.
