YFBCA's Updated Coaches
Background Check Program for 2011.
|
The Youth Football Coaches Association and Coeus Global understand that effective volunteer management has become a necessity in today's youth football world. Certifying coaches and conducting background checks are often overlooked items when preparing for a new season.
Choosing the right partner can be the difference between providing a safe and secure environment for the young athlin your league and allowing undesirable elements to tarnish your leagues valuable community reputation. YFBCA has partnered with Coeus Global to develop a "best in class" background screening system for youth sports leagues. Not only is Coeus Global a respected source of risk management processes and procedures, but their CEO Art Ferrira has been a youth football league director for over 20 years and understands the mission of YFBCA.
