YFBCA & Coeus Global Team

up to have 2010 the safest year ever!Coeus Global

If there is one thing that the Youth Football Coaches Association and Coeus Global understand it is that effective volunteer management has become a necessity in today's youth football world. Certifying coaches and conducting background checks are often overlooked items when preparing for a new season.

Choosing the right partner can be the difference between providing a safe and secure environment for the young athletes in your league, as well as for those coaches and volunteers who give selflessly to your organization, and allowing undesirable elements to tarnish your leagues valuable reputation within your community.

Many organizations lack the full resources needed to understand and comply with the numerous state and federal regulations. Additionally many leagues do not fully implement sufficient risk management procedures to ensure that the "unthinkable" doesn't happen within their organization.

There are many factors to consider when designing and implementing a risk management plan. One important factor is to fully screen potential volunteers for criminal histories to reduce the risk of allowing "undesirables" to gain access to your organization.

By choosing to partner with YFBCA, your league will have access to a wealth of free coaching and league administration knowledge consolidated in one web-based resource. Also, you will have access to the nation's best and most cost effective coach and volunteer background screening program offered by our partner, Coeus Global.

Please join us in our effort to support national youth football and cheerleading athletes, coaches and volunteers by participating in the YFBCA Safety Initiative.

Together, we can make the 2010 season the safest ever.
