Are you coming to our Afternoon of Pampering? 

 

Our friend and co-worker, Katie Rupert, has been battling breast cancer since the spring. Sadly, her cancer has spread and she must now continue her treatment at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. To help ease the financial burden that her family is facing, we are hosting an afternoon of beauty, pampering and fun - all for a good cause!

When: Sunday November 20, 2011
Time: 1:00pm - 6:00pm

We will be offering haircuts and styles, manicures and seated chair massages for a minimum donation ($25 for hair service, $15 for manicures and $10 for a 15 minute seated chair massage). There will be a silent auction running throughout the day - with packages including two tickets to the 2012 Pink Ribbon Luncheon, four tickets to the PGA Memorial Golf Tournament in Columbus and a monogrammed pendant necklace from Smith Jewelers in Glendale - as well as a jewelry raffle and split the pot.

If you are not in the mood to schedule an appointment, you can still join us that day! A $10 cover will get you in to enjoy music - provided by Let's Get it On Party DJs - food, cocktails, raffles and our rejuvination station of hand massages and make up touch-ups.

All proceeds raised, along with a portion of retail purchased that day, will go towards the Katie Rupert Fund - benefiting Katie's medical and travel expenses to MD Anderson Cancer Center.

Space is limited on all hair and spa services that day. All appointments must be prebooked and prepaid prior to the event date.

Ashley Heisler is pleased to introduce Kyla Marie  Murphy was born on October 15, 2011. She weighed 6 pounds and 8 ounces. 
Ashley and Kyla are doing wonderful at home resting and enjoying. We look forward to seeing Ashley back in the salon on December 13th!
