Happy Mother's Day! Wishing everyone a very Happy Mother's day!   As most of you know our beloved dog Pockets got hit by a car and died in March. We were all heart broken ... even Patches our female dog was very sad. We quickly realized that we would have to get another dog, so on my Mom's suggestion we set up a raffle to make up the money to buy a new Basenji. The winner of the quilt is Mary Ann Fogleman. Thanks to everyone who so kindly stopped in and bought tickets. Congratulations Mary Ann!   Mother's Day is around the corner ... yes, on Sunday! Don't forget to get Mom something special like some fat quarters or blades for her rotary cutter, or maybe she needs new pins. You can hang it on the bouquet of flowers you are getting her.
