Event Showcase - CNAM Workshop
CNAM (Canadian Network of Asset Managers) Workshop, now in its fourth year, is becoming a forum to build partnerships among municipalities to exchange information related to municipal infrastructure asset management. This year's CNAM Workshop will take place from May 2 to 5 at the Ottawa Marriott. This three day event offers seven different educational sessions that will focus on how assets, people, and processes support future infrastructure fiscal needs and sustainable service delivery. For more information about the CNAM Workshop, please visit http://www.cnnam.ca.
The CNAM Workshop offers varied registration pricing including: member, non-member, student, full workshop, day pass and gala dinner registration. Each registrant has access to seven different educational sessions when they register, including free or priced workshops. Go Big Event's online registration system helped 2010 CNAM Workshops to capture the different types of registration groups as well as the workshops each registrant selects. When a session is full, the Go Big Event registration website displays "Full" beside the workshop's name and disables registration ability for that particular session. Event organizers can log-in to the administrative side of the Go Big Event registration system to view a list of people who registered for the event as well as for each session. For registrants who wish to register in French, they simply click on the French link at the bottom of each page on the Go Big Event registration website. Both the English and French registration data will be saved in one database and can be accessed and downloaded by the event organizer 24/7, 365, through any computer with internet access.
After a registrant selects the pricing and sessions he/she wishes to register for, the Go Big Event registration website will proceed to the summary page as well as the registration form page to collect registrant's contact information. Custom questions such as dietary requirements can also be displayed on the registration form to capture any additional information. Once a registration is completed, a registration email message will be sent to the registrant from the Go Big Event system including invoice, receipt, balance due and attendee's registration record. Go Big Event provides a convenient solution that helps you to automate your registration process.
