What to Expect When Working With Go Big Event!
Not knowing when to expect to hear from your suppliers can be very frustrating. At Go Big Event, we understand that it is important for you know when to expect the registration website set up to be completed; that's why we have a standard policy on our turn around time to ensure you can start selling tickets as soon as you can.
- Go Big Event's standard policy is to have the first draft of your registration website completed in five business days from the day we received the signed contract and all your event information. However, if time line is an issue for you, we will try our best to deliver the website sooner than five business days.
- Once you review the first draft of your registration website and send us the changes, we will have your registration website updated within two business days.
- Once all changes have been made, your registration website is ready to go live at anytime.
- If you are a new client, we will schedule a one hour training session with you to show you how to manage participant information in the Go Big Event software. For current clients, Go Big Event provides monthly training webinars on various topics to show you how to use the Go Big Event software.
