News - Go Big Event System Enhancement: Personalized Invoice Page
We are very excited to announce Go Big Event's latest system enhancement. When your registrants choose the 'pay later' option, they will now be presented with a more formal invoice statement. We've made these changes with you in mind to help make registrant invoicing quick and easy!
 Public Registrants who choose to pay later will now see a link (see the image on the left) on the payment instructions page that takes them to their personalized invoice. This link (click here to view an example) is also added to their registration email.
(Note: if custom work was done to the 'pay later' page at an earlier date, the link will not appear; however, it will still appear in the email. This includes both exhibitors and participants.)
As the event organizer, if you want to re-send or view the invoice, you can do so by going to the registration record (the edit page for the participant or exhibitor) and you will see a new link in the 'payments' area. You can copy and paste this link into an email OR click on it to view the invoice. Note that the invoice page is set up to trigger an automatic print when you view it.
For multiple concurrent registrations, such as a group of participants registering and paying together, the new system will give each of them an individual invoice. While we have upgraded the functionality of this area, the process to generate group payments remains the same at this time.
