News - Go Big Event Focus Group Invitation
|

Go Big Event Focus Group You are invited to participate in a focus group discussion regarding Go Big Event. We're seeking Go Big Event clients who will offer what they like, don't like, and would like to see in the future.
The focus group will have you attend two sessions which will be held on April 16th and 22nd. Each session will last approximately one hour. During this meeting, you will have the opportunity to share your experiences with and thoughts about Go Big Event in a casual environment. For clients who are located outside of Edmonton, we will ask you to join our meeting via the web through GoToMeeting.
To compensate you for your time, all clients who attend both sessions will receive $100 off their next event with us if their event value is more than $1000.

News - Go Big Event "Show Me How" Training Webinar

"Show Me How" Training Webinar
In
response to customer feedback, each month we will be offering a new
complimentary "Show Me How" Training Webinar to demonstrate how to use
Go Big Event software. We plan to hold both Basic and Advanced training
sessions on a monthly basis. Each month we will alternate between Basic
and Advanced training. Please contact Daphne Chen at sales@gobigevent
for the upcoming training webinar dates.
We begin our journey into web-based training with a Basic Training Webinar where we will show you:
- Reporting
- How to make a partial refund
- Participant Managemen

How do I add a session?
- Login into your account.
- Select the event you would like to work with in the drop down box at the top.
- On the left hand tool bar click: Conference Administration >Agenda>New Session
- On the Session Edit page, fill in the session information and then click 'Save'.
