Feature Showcase - Trade Show Floor Plan

The Calgary Baby Show Did you know Go Big Event can create an interactive floor plan for your trade show registration? This year from October 3rd to 4th, more than 100 exhibitors will be present showcasing the latest in technology, apparel, furniture, products and toys to assist parents and caregivers every step of the way, from babies to school age and everything in between. With more than 100 exhibitors registering for booths, The Calgary Baby Show faced the challenge of finding a way to get the job done more efficiently. They turned to technology. The Calgary Baby Show found their answer to their challenge in a web-based solution that enabled potential exhibitors, attendees, the show manager and administrative staff to access the event through Go Big Event's registration web site. The solution includes an online booth sales module, registration system, invoicing, a confirmation system and more. 
The diagram above is the floor plan for the Calgary Baby Show. This diagram enables exhibitors to mouse-over each booth and see its size, if it is available or the company registered beside each booth. This tool enables an exhibitor to choose not to be next to his competitors. The different colours for the booth represent the different sizes. The Go Big Event online registration software can also ask each company about how much moving time they will need, when they would like to move in, and if they require power or internet at their booth site. Companies can go on to the web site, pick the booth and register themselves. This way, event planners can save time for other important tasks.

Tips and Tricks

How do I confirm a participant's registration?
- Login into your account.
- Select the event you would like to work with in the drop down box at the top.
- On the main page in the box under Participants, click on Browse For 'Applied' and it will show you a list of participants who signed up online but have not been confirmed yet.
- Click on the box beside the participant you would like to confirm and select the option "Confirm Selected' from the drop down box on the top and click 'Go'.
