Hi again friends!
A lot of questions have come up recently about our need for minerals, particularly organic minerals and how they affect our health.
Minerals are substances like Zinc, Iron, Magnesium, Calcium, etc., and are essential for all the chemical processes that occur in our bodies. Iron is one
example and is necessary for our blood to be able to carry oxygen. Without
oxygen our muscles simply cannot work properly.
Most folks believe that if we eat right, we get all the minerals we need. But...are we really? Let's see... |
|
All nutrients such as vitamins, proteins, enzymes, amino acids,
carbohydrates, fats, sugars, oils, etc. require minerals for proper cell
function. All bodily processes depend upon the action and presence of minerals.
Minerals are actually more important to nutrition than vitamins. Vitamins are
required for every bodily biochemical process. However, vitamins cannot function
unless minerals are present.
Minerals are also needed for healing. Tissue rebuilding occurs much easier
when the body has access to the necessary minerals.
Minerals are difficult to absorb into the body. Calcium, for instance, must
be taken with vitamins D and C, and essential fatty acids in the proper ratio to
magnesium, in order to be digested.
One of the reasons that women tend to be anemic is because of improper
digestion of iron. Iron is present in every food we eat, according to the late
nutritionist, Adelle Davis. However, because the mineral is difficult to digest,
most iron ingested passes through the body unassimilated. Iron is best absorbed
with additional vitamin C. Many mineral supplements are not easily assimilated
by the body. It's important that mineral supplements are water soluble, (liquid
form is best) and not in rock form, and that the elements be absorbed readily
and fully, bringing more oxygen to the blood cells and thereby releasing toxins
from the body.

Truly the only way we can get what we need is to supplement.
As I've mentioned repeatedly in the past, our foods, even organic foods, just aren't what they
should be or used to be due to overfarming, soil depletion, pesticides, herbicides, genetic modification, gamma radiation, etc.
In order to ensure that you are getting all the minerals, vitamins and
nutrients your body needs, it is essential that you supplement with the right
kinds of vitamins and minerals.
And, in my humble opinion, one can't get too many organic, plant-based minerals.
That's why in addition to taking the complete nutrient ingredients of intraMax, I've been suggesting the addition of intraMin, our liquid organic trace-mineral-only supplement.
I've spoken with quite a few people who, in addition to myself, have been taking at least one additional ounce of intraMin a day, sometimes several ounces, in addition to their one ounce intraMax dose and seeing wonderful health benefits.
Please make sure that you are supplementing with only the best and most complete source
of minerals available, like those found in intraMin and intraMax.
You can make a significant difference in your health, but you must act and
you must supply your body with everything it requires.
Thank you and until next time, may the Lord keep and sustain you.
Sincerely,
Dr. Michael Roth
