I am excited to announce my Teacher Training Immersion for Spring 2009
April 26th - May 9th! This is a wonderful opportunity for those of
you interested in immersing yourself in the shakti for a full two weeks
instead of my four month Fall flow.
We will cultivate the required contact hours needed towards your 200
hour
RYT certification for Yoga Alliance during these two weeks. We will meet an average of 9 hours daily, including practice, lecture, study and practice teaching. We will also dance with the Prana during a special
shakti-filled Yoga Groove Trance Dance!
You will always have ample time off every evening for rejuvenation and study as you return to your nest.
After completing my two week immersion you will spend the summer
cultivating your required non-contact hours (observations, assisting,
book reflections, practice teaching etc) at your own pace. Ethics, Philosophy & Modifications with Lynn Medow, Pranayama w/ Nancy McCaochan and Intro to Ayurveda with Natalie Donellon are presented in the Fall 2009. Your anatomy portion with Sara Davidson's anatomy module
Fall 2009 (separate fee) must be attended or you may take another anatomy course approved by me. All workshops are required to receive
your 200 hour certification.
