Parent Workshop
Learn everything you need to teach your baby basic signs to help you communicate long before they can talk! This class is for working parents or parents who want to start earlier than the 8 mth. play class age. The 1 1/2 hr. workshop includes two people from one family and a take-home kit that has board books, a reference guide and DVD dictionary with over 100 signs.
Cost - $60.00.

Tummy Time Class 
(Starts this Thursday!)
If babies don't get enough tummy time it can lead to a misshapen skull, delayed sitting up, crawling, walking and even impaired cognitive development. Because babies no longer sleep on their stomachs and spend more time in bouncy seats and car seats, etc. they often don't tolerate being on their tummies well.
Learn how to make tummy time fun for your baby through engaging songs and activities in a play-class setting. Take home parenting tips to help you make the most of this important developmental stage. Four-class series is $50.00.
Location: Cedar Park - Velocity Music Academy - Aug. 9th - 30th Thursday mornings - 9:45 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
This class is focused on the older  toddler/child (2-5 yrs.) who is adjusting to a new baby (expected to 6 mths). Children will learn games, songs, and a few signs and other things they can now "teach" their new baby at home. They'll even make a craft and take home a little book to help them track their baby's success as they grow. Parents will go home with great ideas and tips to help them promote positive sibling relations when they return home. The cost is only $15.00 for this one-time class. Class can be attended with or without baby.

Sign, Say & Play® Class
Six-week class for babies (8 - 14 months) - learn signs for routines already in babies schedule (mealtime, bath time, bedtime, etc.). Parents learn valuable tips about how babies learn and why things like following the child's lead, repetition and music are so important in the first three years.

More Sign, Say & Play® Class
Six-week class for older toddler (14 - 20 months) - more advanced parent education topics and signs. $150. It's not necessary to have had the 1st Sign, Say & Play Class to take this one. Your child just needs to be over 14 months and know a few signs already.
