Museum Friends,
On June 5, Barbara and Ted Alfond will speak about their extraordinary collection of American art here at the museum. The Alfonds are among the top collectors in this country and this is a rare opportunity to hear them share their passion for collecting. Whether you are a seasoned collector yourself or simply thinking about starting a collection, I hope you will consider joining us! Public Affairs |

Hangs Up Her Soccer Cleats
June 5 │ 7pm
Collectors Barbara and Ted Alfond have a wide-ranging art collection-from dower chests made in the Deerfield Valley to the abstractions of Hans Hofmann. Join us for a personal look at how and why they began collecting and how they have integrated their collection into their seventeenth-century home. The Collectors' Roundtable is made possible by the Thelma and Melvin Lenkin Education Endowment. Image: Hans Hofmann, Swamp Series II Autumn Glory, 1957, oil, collection of Barbara and Ted Alfond
