Garrison KeillorCongratulations to JoAnne Deeken, who won a pair of tickets to see Garrison Keillor at the Tennessee Theatre on Wednesday, Dec. 7! She knew the first broadcast of "A Prairie Home Companion" was on July 6, 1974.

According to the show's website, "If you showed up that day at the Janet Wallace Auditorium at Macalester College in Saint Paul and plunked down $1 admission (50 cents for kids) ... you were in select company. There were about 12 people in the audience."

Congratulations also to Shannon Campbell, who won two tickets to see David Sedaris on Nov. 11! He knew that squirrel was seeking a chipmunk!

Calling All Keillor Fans: Special Book Offer!

If you bring your Dec. 7 Keillor ticket stub to Union Avenue Books from Dec. 8-14, you'll receive 10% off the purchase of any of the store's books by Garrison Keillor!
