FROM OUR WINNING TEAM TO YOURS

Spring has sprung in Texas and the warmer weather is welcome relief from a very cold winter.  I'm not complaining though; our northern neighbors really suffered through some very frigid temperatures and record snowfall.  Thanks to all who were able to join us at our tent on February 24-26 at the World Championship Bar-B-Que Cook-Off in Houston.  This event set another all time attendance record, with over a quarter million enjoying some really great food and entertainment.  As of this writing the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is in full swing.  These two events raise millions of dollars for local charities and help many kids realize their dream of a good education.   (Read more)

Wow! Have you seen the price of fuel lately?

Well, rest assured lubricant pricing is not far behind. Although lubricant pricing is also based on the price of crude oil, it does not change daily or hourly like fuel can. Lubricant pricing typically lags about 2-4 months behind the crude oil.

Why lubricant programs fail far too many times.

Far too many times, I see plants facing the same challenges over and over. They start at the wrong part of developing a lubrication program. They start by either changing lubricant suppliers, changing greasing intervals and/or changing products, and then hope to see successes and immediate returns on their investments from these emotion-driven changes.   (Read more)
