Are you Prepared for an Emergency?

After the earthquake and the hurricane on the East Coast this past month, many California's are looking at their Emergency supply kits to make sure that everything is ready to go in case we have a natural disaster in The Bay Area.

When preparing for a possible emergency situation, it's best to think first about the basics of survival.    There are kits available online at Secure And Ready for one or more people and a Vital Records Portavault for those important family documents.     These are only two of the resources available to get us prepared for an emergency.   

The Recommended Items to include in a Basic Emergency Supply kit are:

• Food, non-perishable
