Do you like to swim, play tennis, golf, and socialize?    The Villages Golf & Country Club may be the place for you.

The Villages Golf & Country Club is a private, gated community with the membership fee included in the Grant Deed.        

The Villages Association Fees range from $470 - 950/month and these fees include 24/7 Security service,  Insurance - Property, Casualty, Earthquake, and Flood, Landscaping, Water (both inside and outside), Trash, Roofs, Painting (outside), Plumbing repairs, Cable TV, Community Centers, Clubhouse, Fitness Center, 4 swimming pools, Bocce Courts, Post Office, Villager newspaper (weekly) and much more.

Compare this to paying between $20,000 - $42,500 for a local Private Golf and Country Club membership with monthly dues  between $510-$635 for usage of the golf, swim and racquet facilities.   In addition, these Private Clubs also require minimum food and beverage charges up to $140 per month!    Over and above these fees is the upkeep on your personal residence, such as the insurance, maintenance, landscaping, Cable TV, trash, etc.

The Villages Golf & Country Club provides reciprocal rights to these other private clubs.   So, if you want to golf, play tennis, socialize at the other clubs, you are welcome and your golf fee for a round is at their members fees!

Now is the time for the Active Adult to consider moving to The Villages Golf & Country Club where the current prices are at the mid-1990 level

and the Association Fees are affordable.
