Extension of Federal Income Tax Credit
for all Homebuyers
  • Federal legislation passed on November 7 to extend the 10% up to $8000 federal income-tax credit for the first time homebuyers to April 30, 2010 
  • Qualified repeat buyers can now receive a credit worth as much as 10% of the replacement home's purchase price, up to a maximum of $6500.

AS A NOTE to the qualified repeat buyers, consider this
credit as payment towards your moving expenses.  Don't delay in making the decision to move up as time is of the essence!
Etiquette of Golf

Ability in golf is so relative. If we compared ourselves to Tiger Woods, most of us would stop playing. So, play within your own game, know the basics of the rules and etiquette, and you'll be able to play and enjoy the benefits of the game.  Working knowledge of Ten Basic Rules of Golf  is helpful!
