QuickBooks 2011 has new features that improve your ability to track your business
- Customer Snapshot consolidates Customer orders, balances and payment history
- New QuickBooks Search function uses simple keywords to search customer, account, report or invoice details throughout QuickBooks
- Customer/Vendor History provides estimates, past orders and details on a single screen
- Balance Sheet by Class is now available, although with some limitations
QuickBooks 2011 makes everyday tasks more efficient
- Batch Invoicing allows small businesses to use one template invoice for multiple customers
- Expanded Email Integration allows users to send estimates, invoices and other communications directly from their Yahoo, Gmail and Hotmail accounts, directly from QuickBooks
- Collections Center quickly identifies over due and nearly due accounts and allows users to email statements and notices directly from QuickBooks using any email account including Yahoo, Gmail and Hotmail accounts.
QuickBooks On The Go allows users to access and manage their QuickBooks information via web or mobile applications (additional charges may be involved)
- Check customer accounts and information, create and manage invoices and accounts remotely, the data automatically synchs with your QuickBooks for up to the moment accuracy in your QuickBooks database.

- Businesses can now have up to 5 users viewing and editing information simultaneously
- Assign access rights to employees - maximizing privacy and controlling access to information
- Allows iChat integration via QuickBooks
- Simplifies everyday tasks like tracking mileage, sorting registers and exporting data to Excel or Numbers
