Sandy is committed to resource the individual in finding Integration in the physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual aspects of Holism.
Four years ago Sandy began her practice in Bikram Yoga in order to improve her health and stamina in order to do a 15 day trek in Nepal. She successfully completed that trip to Nepal last year and has spent the last 4 years working on her body to improve it's strength and flexibility. She is currently participating in the 60 day challenge at Pure Bikram Yoga and uses the knowledge from her experience in that environment to improve her skills as a Rolfer.
