As the end of 2011 approaches we wanted to say Thank you to all of those who have supported us this year in so many different ways and to share some special moments.
This year a new division of DARS was formed with Debra Norton and colleague/partner Jackie Sims Piljay. We founded a professional organization UR1 Professionals to assist Treatment Providers dealing with insurance reviews. Our experience in working with providers dealing with insurance can prove to be exhausting for them. We are able to take the pressure off the provider by giving the same personal attention they give their clients to ensure the best outcomes for authorizations. Our goal is driven by our commitment to the provider and the person served. It is our way of advocating for the client and the provider to increase number of days, and continued stay in treatment. We also provide in service trainings; utilizing the skills we have learned to get increased coverage, aslo trainings that are mandated by the state and CARF Accredited Facilities . In that spirit we encourage all facilities that we work with to become CARF Accredited and provide trainings to assist in the process. This does make a difference in terms of insurance. We believe the CARF Accrediation also keeps our clients performing to the best practice standards in our field. Bottom line is the more providers working with insurance will allow access to more persons in need of treatment services. UR1 Professionals had a wonderful first year and wants to thank those of you who have supported our efforts.

As the Founder of DARS- Drug and Alochol Rehabilitation Services, LLC and Outreach Services, a national call center that proivides help locating appropriate treatment centers for all ranges and levels of care for Drug and Alcohol Treatment ( Behavioral Health) including Mental Health, I would like to express thanks to our featured centers and other friends we have worked with through the years. We have been in business since 2004 and many of you have been supporting us since then. Through the years we have established an excellent reputation with persons served and provicers in the behavioral health field. We take pride that we have so many quality treatment providers in our network. With your collaboritive efforts we have helped thousands of people access treatment. Thank you for your hard work and lets continue to grow and help everyone in need. DARS and Outreach Services mission is to continue to provide help to those seeking services with dignity, respect and confidence that our resources value their needs regardless of their financial, demographic, physical or mental limitations.
