OUTREACH SERVICES/DARS is a Nationwide Referral Service. We are dedicated to providing confidential assessments and recommending quality referrals for placement, interventions and hope for those in need of recovery. Our services are free to the public.
We also devote our time to education and providing resources to the professionals dedicated to working in the field of substance abuse. |
