Did you know that Outreach Services can place your clients into treatment centers at no cost to the clients or to you?  Even those with Medicare can find 28-day treatment.  Please trust us with the calls that don't fit your centers.  We will work each one as if it were from our own families to place them into appropriate programs across the nation. Call 866-418-1397 for assistance.
In this newsletter you will find our newest networking partners.  Each month we will feature programs that join Outreach Services and feature other stories that are written in by our members.  If you would like to join our team and have a featured spot in our newsletter as well as postings on our website please email your information to events@outreachservices.us.

Family First Interventions
Family First Intervention is a nationwide drug and alcohol intervention company that specializes in family systems.  We believe that no addict or alcoholic is capable of continuing active addiction themselves and without the help of others.  At Family First Intervention we work with the family on the pre-intervention day to identify each family role that is contributing to the addiction continuing and getting worse.  It is important that families give the problem back to the addict or alcoholic so that they may become accountable and responsible for their own addiction and actions instead of the family taking accountability for them.  While most others focus on fixing the addict or alcoholic, we understand that it is almost impossible to change them without restructuring the family system first.  Families are told by countless people that their loved one has to hit bottom or want help, however after the phone consultation we find that will never happen because the addict or alcoholic has designed a system that makes their addiction as easy as possible at the emotional and financial expense of the family.  Interventions are not just about the addict or alcoholic receiving an inspirational speech from a respected person or family member.  Although that speech may get them into treatment, it most likely will not keep them in treatment or sober long after treatment has ended.  As the president and founder of Family First Intervention I know firsthand what needed to change and that was my family.  Having gone through 19 treatment centers based on the inspirational speech alone from families and counselors, I either left treatment early or resumed active addiction shortly after, simply because I could.  Family First Intervention understands what the family is going through and what the addict and alcoholic is going through.  Unless we can bring families to change, the substance abuser almost never will either.
