National Polling Summary
Welcome to the Anzalone Liszt Research National Polling Summary, a quick look at national public polls detailing key political environmental measures as well as attitudes of voters on the pressing issues of the week.

While President Obama was away on his trip to Asia it has been business as usual in Washington. The issue of terrorist trials has now surged into the eye of the public, and we see a strong majority (60%) supporting terrorist being tried on American soil, while Americans are split on whether or not it should be done in a military tribunal (48%) or a federal court (47%).  Healthcare remains in the spotlight with a House passed healthcare bill, and Majority Leader Reid releasing his Senate version today. A majority of Americans still say they trust Obama on healthcare (50%) more than Republicans (37%)

Enjoy,

John Anzalone and Jeff Liszt
