Greetings Site Coordinators,
It is hard to believe but Prostate Cancer Awareness Week (PCAW) is just two short months away!
If you have not already done so, please register your site for PCAW 2009. In order to ensure we have supplies available for all of our sites we need you to register. Don't worry, if something changes over the next few months, we can add your dates, participating physicians or update your contact information at anytime!
Our National Toll Free Screening Site Phone Locater Service as well as the 2009 Website Screening Site Locator allow participants to find your screening site! Deadlines for inclusion on launch day are this Thursday, July 30th. Although we will update the phone locator in early September, the majority of participant calls take place as the site is launched and as our National Awareness Events hit the media!
As always, we are here to support you! Our goal is to make your screening fun, simple and successful. If you are a veteran site or coordinator who has provided early detection for 20 years OR if this is your first year, feel free to contact us and let us know how we can be of further assistance, clarify the different types of Screening Site Levels, answer questions on early detection in general or if you just need help getting your event set up we are here to help.

Introducing the Prostate Conditions Education Council
|
After 20 years it was time for an update! To better reflect our work we are now the Prostate CONDITIONS Education Council. With several prostate conditions that can negatively impact men's quality of life and because our screening program covers not only the early detection of prostate cancer but also enlarged prostate, benign prostatic hyperplasia erectile dysfunction, and testosterone levels we felt it was important that our name reflect our goal - to support and educate men about ALL conditions related to prostate health.

Site Registration and Order Forms
It is important to Register Your Screening Site to ensure you are included in our national media coverage, our on-line site locator, and our toll free site locator! Additionally, only once you are registered do you receive your special welcome packet and media kit!
When you register you will also want to submit your Order Form detailing any screening questionnaires and supplies needed. Supplies are running out fast, so be sure not to miss your opportunity for FREE supplies!
