So much is happening in the next 7 days! (Ever felt that way?)
On Friday & Saturday, pastors, worship leaders, and techs are gathering to learn together at the Clear Conference in Manheim, PA. Register online or at the door. And don't miss Charlie Hall on Friday night. Details are below.
Then next Monday...well, have you ever wondered what the inside of the Global Headquarters of Ad Lib Music looks like? ...imagine knotty pine, low-voltage lighting, and no windows...in the basement. Folks, all of that is changing! We're moving to Lancaster City on October 24th and you can help us make that move. Of course, my kids will make sure that you load their stuff in the truck along with Ad Lib Music's stuff.
You can help at 9:00 AM in Harrisburg or 4:00 PM in Lancaster. Let me know which one you'd like to help with and I'll give you the directions.

Clear Conference: October 21-22
Come together with other worship leaders, pastors, designers and techs for hands-on training you can put directly to use in your own worship environment. Learn how to think, plan, process and dream together, improve your communication with and understanding of each other, hear from local and national instructors and make connections with others who share your passion! Because we are called to make the message CLEAR.
Whether you're paid or a volunteer at your church, ministry, or non-profit, everyone - pastors, leaders, vocalists, instrumentalists, audio techs, visual designers, and media producers will benefit. The more diverse your team, the greater the advantage of experiencing unified training and new ideas under one 'roof.'
Did you get that? Don't send your pastor to one conference, your tech to another, and your worship leader to a third and have them try to interpret their experiences to each other. Send them all together to one conference!
As a bonus, on Friday night, enjoy a concert with the Charlie Hall band! Over the last decade, Charlie Hall has become both a renowned worship leader and a voice for the lost, the broken, the unlovely.

Worship Team Retreat
So pick a spot, pick a date, we'll do the rest. Ah, rest. Yep. Even you as the leader will get a rest. We'll lead times of worship, sharing, and teaching. You can pick the topics or we'll suggest one based on your church's needs. We'll even let you design the fun times...group games and activities (you know best what your team loves to do!)
And yes, we can even help find another worship team to lead at your home church while you're away. Simply reply to this email or contact retreat@adlibmusic.com.
