Greetings!
So, at your rehearsal this week, will you have inspiring, dynamic vocalists? Will they know just what to sing, when to sing, and how to blend with different singers? Will their harmonies soar?
Will your techs, leaders, and pastors be on the same page with the use of technology? Will the understand each other in ways that enable them to make the message clear? Will the audio mix be stunningly musical?
Here are two great resources in this Worship Fertilizer to make sure the answer to all those questions is "yes!"

Clear Conference: October 21-22
Come together with other worship leaders, pastors, designers and techs for hands-on training you can put directly to use in your own worship environment. Learn how to think, plan, process and dream together, improve your communication with and understanding of each other, hear from local and national instructors and make connections with others who share your passion! Because we are called to make the message CLEAR.
Whether you're paid or a volunteer at your church, ministry, or non-profit, everyone - pastors, leaders, vocalists, instrumentalists, audio techs, visual designers, and media producers will benefit. The more diverse your team, the greater the advantage of experiencing unified training and new ideas under one 'roof.'
Did you get that? Don't send your pastor to one conference, your tech to another, and your worship leader to a third and have them try to interpret their experiences to each other. Send them all together to one conference!
As a bonus, on Friday night, enjoy a concert with the Charlie Hall band! Over the last decade, Charlie Hall has become both a renowned worship leader and a voice for the lost, the broken, the unlovely.
