You can browse the collection, check out with your library card, and download to PC, Mac®, and many mobile devices. To get started, you will need to install free software - OverDrive® Media Console™. Titles can be enjoyed immediately or transferred to a variety of mp3 devices, including iPod®. Some audio titles can also be burned to CD to listen on-the-go. Titles will automatically expire at the end of the lending period. There are no late fees!

Parenting at Your Fingertips

If you missed the first of Diane Presti's workshops be sure and catch Parenting at your Fingertips on March 24th at 6:30pm.
Diane Presti, LMSW Prevention Educator will offer a series of mini lessons on almost everythng we need to learn as parents. Communication, understanding your child's temperment and dealing with anger will be discussed. Great tips for parents who are pressed for time. Parents of children ages preschool through adolelescence will find this program helpful. Registration is not required.

A Friend-ly Update
NYC Bus Trip Saturday April 17th
The Friends of the Heermance Memorial Library invite you to join them on their 7th chartered bus trip to NYC. The bus leaves the Coxsackie Village Bldg. at 7:30am and arrives at Bryant Park around 10:00am. See a show, shop or spend the day sight seeing.The bus departs Bryant Park at 6:00pm. Checks made payable to the Friends of the Heermance Library can be dropped off at the library. Reservations must be accompanied by payment in the form of cash or check. Don't wait. This spring trip is becoming a popular event and the bus fills quickly.
