The Illinois Tollway has rescheduled its "Capital Planning Forum" in Lake County to July 15 at 9 a.m.  It was originally scheduled for July 14. The purpose of the meeting is for the Tollway to collect input into its 10 year capital plan, as well as present its future needs, funding challenges, and emerging priority projects. The meeting will take place at the Lake County Central Permit Facility.
