Cheryl Fuhr (above right), Founders Commercial Lines Manager, often says "They broke the mold, when they made George Albino (above left) - he is a true gentleman." Anyone that meets George would concur.
George graciously agreed to let us interview him. We wanted to know why he chose Founders Insurance Group over another independent insurance agency. Here is what he had to say:
Q: In your opinion, what makes Founders different than other insurance agencies?
A: Their personal attention to outstanding customer service and their ability to make their clients feel comfortable and appreciated.
Q: If you could describe Founders Insurance Group in one word, what would that word be?
A: Competence
Q: When it comes to working with an insurance agent, what is most important to you?
A: That the person that I am working with listens to hear our concerns and then works to provide whichever product (and cost) best suits our needs. Founders delivers that to me absolutely
Q: Why did you choose to do business with an independent insurance agency such as Founders versus an online vendor or a captive vendor?
A: I enjoy and appreciate personal and attentive service, and just as importantly, I am (and always have been) a true believer in community loyalty. We earn our monies in this marketplace, and we should spend it in our marketplace (support each other) even if at times it means slightly higher costs.
