Volunteer Opportunities!
Things have really been going great at the Hope Project! God is moving there and we are seeing some great things. Recently, God used one of our volunteers to lead a man named Westly to Christ. He has returned each week and has been sharing with us about what God is teaching him through the scriptures. We are processing through what it looks like to see authentic discipleship in the lives of those God allows us to touch. If you want to get involved, we would love to have you jump in!
We have 3 ways for people to help now. All of these opportunities take place at our Downtown Facility.
Monday Afternoons @ 5:30pm This is an opportunity to help organize and prepare for our Tuesday morning times.
Tuesday Mornings @ 9am
This is a time where volunteers can come to meet individuals in need and pass out food, clothes, and prayer. This is a great opportunity to build relationships and to share Jesus with people from the community!
Jobs for Life - TBD (August -September)
Jobs for life does more than help someone in need find a job. Through this 8 week training, men and women develop character and become connected to a commmunity of support. We will invite some of the individuals we meet on Tuesday mornings to take part in this training.
